Nidhi Bhatnagar

Nidhi Bhatnagar started their work experience in 2001 as an Engineering Leader and Software Developer at IBM, where they worked on Tivoli and Websphere. In 2013, they became an Agile Transformation Leader at AT&T/Frontier Communications/Varian Medical Systems. In 2015, they joined IBM again, this time as a Product Management/PreSales professional, working on Db2 and IBM Cloud. Nidhi led the Db2 Relational Database Containers Strategy and Roadmap on Redhat OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Data, as well as the Db2 for SAP roadmaps and product strategy. Currently, since 2021, they are the Senior Director of Product Management at DataStax, and as of December 2022, they hold the position of Vice President of Product Management - DSE.

Nidhi Bhatnagar holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Silchar. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including IBM Blockchain Essentials in December 2018, IBM Certified Application Developer - Cloud Platform v2 in July 2018, and IBM Cloud Practitioner Essentials in September 2016. Nidhi also possesses the CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. Nidhi is also a Certified SAFe Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.
