Suzanne Furlani

Suzanne C. Furlani is a Partner at DataSure24, having previously been the Chief Operating Officer. Suzanne has extensive experience in small business management of service- oriented businesses. She is involved with all facets of corporate operations and administration within DataSure24. Prior to joining DataSure24 and Shatter T, Suzanne was Chief Administrative Officer and an equity owner in The RACO Group of Companies, a telecommunications co-location company based in Western New York, until its acquisition by Switch and Data [later acquired by Equinix). She was primarily responsible for corporate administration including, human resources, legal services, contract negotiations, and hnance/accounting functions. She was also responsible for the development and assessment of business cases for corporate expansion and potential acquisition opportunities. Prior to RACO Group, Suzanne was vice President and equity owner of Smartline Systems, a financial telemarketing hrm. She was instrumental in transitioning Smartline, a subsidiary of Empire of America, into a privately owned telephane banking services firm. She formerly served as Vice President with a $10 billion savings bank with over 15 years hinancial services experience in branch management, human resources, operations, telephone banking, call center management and corporate planning. As Chair of the Mental Health Advocates of WNY, she has been instrumental in the search and hiring of the new Executive Director to replace Kenneth Houseknecht, and the successful transition of leadership.
