Rachel Wasser

Rachel Wasser has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachel currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture, Americas at Datatonic, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Operations, People & Culture at the same company from July 2022 to June 2023. Rachel also worked as the Acting Head of People and Culture from May 2022 to October 2022, and as a Business Operations Manager from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Datatonic, Rachel worked at G Adventures where they held various roles. Rachel'smost recent role was Director, Global Product Operations from December 2019 to February 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director, Global Product from August 2018 to December 2019, and as Global Product Manager from November 2015 to August 2018. In these positions, they managed teams, executed large-scale projects, prioritized goals, and collaborated across departments.

Rachel also had experience at Intrepid Travel as a Tour Leader from March 2007 to September 2008, and at STA Travel as a Travel Advisor from October 2005 to May 2006.
