Pranay Jadhav has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the field of IT. Pranay currently serves as the Director of Technical Operations at Datavail. Prior to this, Pranay worked at HDFC Bank as a Senior Manager in IT for six years. Pranay also has experience at SEEinfobiz, where they held positions as a Product Manager and Operations Manager. Pranay has a strong background in project management, information security, and IT operations.

Pranay Jadhav obtained their Secondary School Certificate from St Stanislaus High School in 1996. Pranay then went on to earn their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Mumbai, graduating in 2001. In 2009, they enrolled at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and completed a part-time Master of Business Administration (PTMBA) with a focus on Information Systems in 2012.

During their educational journey, Pranay also obtained several certifications. In 2012, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certification from ISACA. Finally, in 2015, they earned the ITIL Foundation certification from APMG-International.
