Shiv Devrajan has extensive work experience in customer success and service management roles. Shiv started their career in 1990 and held various technical, project management, and client-facing delivery positions until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Client Delivery Manager at ExtraQuest Corporation. Shiv then joined Stratavia Corporation in 2006 as a Client Delivery Manager, where they managed a portfolio of accounts and served as a technical escalation point. In 2008, Shiv joined Datavail Corporation as a Service Delivery Manager, responsible for the successful delivery of services. Shiv later became the Director of Service Management, leading a team of service delivery managers and strategic account management. Currently, Shiv is the Director of Customer Success at Datavail, managing customer success managers and implementing best practices.
Shiv Devrajan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Shiv has obtained certifications in Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie, and a certification in ITIL™ Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Shiv also holds a Masters Diploma in Computer Software Applications, a Microsoft Certified Professional certification, and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification. Lastly, Shiv has Professional Technology Certifications from karROX Technologies Ltd. and is pursuing a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
