Jiali Liang

Jiali (Charlie) Liang is a skilled Software Engineer currently employed at Datavant since May 2022, following an internship at Proctorio where Jiali developed a fully automated searching bot to prevent cheating on online exams. As a Research Assistant at The Catholic University of America, Jiali contributed to projects utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks and TensorFlow for machine learning models. Prior experience includes a Software Development Internship at Aerospace Engineering and Research Associates, Inc., where Jiali created a Python tool for analyzing flight performance influenced by Covid-19, and work as an Independent Researcher in astronomy, including contributions to NASA's DART Mission. Jiali holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Maryland.
