Dounia O. has had a diverse work experience since 2015. Dounia began as a Software Engineering Intern at Viasat Inc. in 2015 and then returned to the company in 2016 as a Data Analyst Intern. In 2017, they worked at Cisco as a Data Analyst Intern and a PM Intern. In 2019, they became a Software Engineer at Cisco and in 2020, they worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer. Currently, they are a Forward Deployed Engineer at Datavations since 2022.

Dounia O. graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Data Analytics, Magna Cum Laude. In 2019, they obtained three certifications: Cisco Security White Belt from Cisco, Quantum Algorithms for Cybersecurity, Chemistry, and Optimization from Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX, and Introduction to Quantum Computing from Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX.
