Casey Roe CTS, CMCP, DMC-D-4K has a work history starting in 2006 with Master Audio Visual Inc, where they worked as an A/V Tech until 2008. They then joined Datavox in 2010, starting as a Cabling Tech and gained experience in running cat5, cat6, coax, fiber, and installing, dressing, and terminating closet racks. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of an Audio Visual Technician at Datavox, where they installed audio and video equipment, designed audio systems, and programmed controllers for home and office integration. In 2013, they became a Crestron Certified Programmer at Datavox, further expanding their skill set.

Casey Roe CTS, CMCP, DMC-D-4K began their education at White Oak High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma between the years 2003 to 2007. They then attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2007 to 2010, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.

Casey also holds several additional certifications. In September 2015, they obtained the certification of Crestron Certified Programmer from Crestron Electronics. In October 2014, they achieved the DMC-D 4K certification from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Technology Specialist certification from InfoComm International in September 2017. Lastly, in November 2016, they obtained the Video Endpoints Technical Certification from Polycom.
