Veronica Alvarado

Veronica Alvarado has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Veronica currently works as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at DataVox since September 2022. Prior to this, Veronica was employed by the FORT BEND COUNTY WOMEN'S CENTER, INC. where they held various roles such as Life and Wellness Skills Advocate, Case Manager, and Resident Advocate from October 2019 to present. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Lead at Ann Taylor before transitioning to Cole Haan as a Sales Team Lead from March 2014 to April 2019. Lastly, Veronica worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at Trumpet Behavioral Health from May 2016 to June 2018.

Veronica Alvarado earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they attended Lone Star College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Apart from their formal education, Veronica has also obtained various certifications. Veronica received the Application Assistance Navigator certification from Texas Health and Human Services in April 2021. In February 2021, they obtained the Sexual Assault Advocate certification from the FORT BEND COUNTY WOMEN'S CENTER, INC. Veronica completed the Sexual Assault Family Violence Investigator Course offered by The Voice of Texas Law Enforcement in October 2020. In August 2016, they completed the Professional Assault Crisis Training and Restraint Training courses from Pro-Act. Recently, in August 2021, Veronica obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from the NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE.
