Hank Fay has over 45 years of work experience. Hank began their career in 1973 as a Psychologist at Hutchings Psychiatric Center. In 1975, they moved to Madison County Mental Health Dept. as a Supervising Psychologist. In 1978, they became the Owner of Henry J. Fay, Ph.D. In 1993, they took on a Consultant role at Niagara Mohawk Power Company. From 1995 to 1998, they were a Partner at Helix Psychological Services, Inc. From 1998 to 2003, they were President at Professional Systems Plus, Inc., where they were responsible for the manufacturer of xCase2VPM, and now xCase2Lianja tool for metadata utilization in complex software development, business software development mentoring, and custom business software applications. Finally, from 2003 to present, they have been the CTO at DataWorks, Inc., where they have been responsible for software development framework extension and maintenance, supervision of move to SQL Server, and automated build and data update process.

Hank Fay's education history includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology from George Peabody College from 1968 to 1971, an MS in Guidance & Psychological Services from Springfield College from 1966 to 1968, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Amherst College from 1962 to 1966.
