Prasanjit Mohanty

Prasanjit Mohanty has a diverse work experience starting in 2019 with a role as a Project Trainee at DRDO, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. In 2019, they worked as a Business Development Associate at BYJU'S and then transitioned to the role of Assistant Sales Manager at Byju's Exam Preparation in 2020. In 2022, Prasanjit joined Springworks as an SDR- Customer Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for the end-to-end sales process. Currently, they are Sales and Marketing Head at INCOBIST IT SOLUTIONS, a position they have held since 2023.

Prasanjit Mohanty pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics at SRM University from 2015 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Great Lakes Institute of Management Gurgaon from 2023 to 2024, completing a Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) with a focus on an MBA.
