Rebecca Kavanaugh

Rebecca joined DOZ in 2020 with 14 years of progressive HR experience, and more than 7 years of experience working in the accounting industry. In her role as Director of Human Resources, she works to continue to enhance DOZ’s HR processes and benefits while redefining the role of HR to be more personal, interactive, and communicative.
