Rich Andriole

Rich Andriole currently serves as the Manager of Talent Development at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski, a role held since September 2016. Previously, Rich Andriole spent 24 years at Cathedral High School, where contributions as an English Faculty member included teaching various literature and language courses, curriculum development, and mentoring new educators. Additionally, Rich Andriole was the Head Baseball Coach, focusing on team culture, development, and community engagement, while successfully enhancing the program's visibility and resources. Rich Andriole holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Leadership from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dayton.
