Rebecca McCabe

Rebecca McCabe, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Director at Myers and Stauffer LC from July 2013 to October 2020, HR Manager at Brown Mackie College from February 2012 to July 2013, and HR Generalist at FinishMaster from August 2008 to February 2012. Earlier in the career, Rebecca worked as an IT Recruiter/Account Executive at Robert Half Technology and as an IT Recruiter at BCforward. Rebecca holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, earned between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2006.
