Rich Andriole

Rich Andriole serves as the Manager of Talent Development at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski since September 2016. Prior to this role, Rich Andriole spent over two decades at Cathedral High School, where responsibilities included teaching English subjects, developing curricula, mentoring new faculty, and counseling students on academic and personal goals. Rich Andriole also served as Head Baseball Coach, focusing on program development, athlete advisement, and community engagement. Rich Andriole holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Leadership from Butler University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Dayton.
