Craig Jacobs has extensive work experience in strategy and innovation, product development, and cloud services. Craig is currently working as a Principal at Daugherty Business Solutions, where they guide clients through business case development and business process analysis. Prior to this, Craig worked at Lumen Technologies as a Senior Manager in product development, where they managed multiple teams and was responsible for a product portfolio generating over $60MM in revenue. Craig also led the development of a new private cloud pod for deployment in remote and austere manufacturing sites. Prior to that, they held various roles in PeopleSoft implementation at Southern Ute Growth Fund, Ascension Health, and Rock-Tenn, where they led both technical and functional teams and had experience in stakeholder management and disaster recovery/business continuity.
Craig Jacobs holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Craig has obtained additional certifications in Certified Continuity Manager (Business Continuity) from the Institute for Business Continuity Training in 2010 and in ITIL v3 Foundations in 2009.
