Carmen Weaver

Carmen Weaver is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant District Attorney for Dauphin County since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant District Attorney at Kings County District Attorneys Office from October 2020 to May 2023, as well as serving as an Extern with the United States Attorneys' Offices in September 2019. Additional positions include a Summer Intern at Newport News Commonwealth’s Attorney, a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Raymond A. Jackson at the United States District Court, and multiple internships and fellowships that showcase a diverse legal background. Carmen Weaver holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from William & Mary, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern University.
