Ben Ehrenberg has a diverse range of work experience. Ben most recently worked as the Director of Learning and Development: People Ops at Dave & Buster's Inc. before moving on to Tenet Healthcare, where they served as the Director of Compliance Training and Culture. At Tenet Healthcare, they developed and implemented a training strategy for Ethics and Compliance education, transitioning it to interactive e-learning and saving the company over $1.5 million in labor costs.
Before that, Ben held positions at Signet as the Director of Leadership and Organization Development, where they implemented a change management model to drive business results and developed talent management best practices. Ben also worked at Brinker International as the Sr. Manager of Leadership and Management Development, overseeing the design and creation of training programs.
Earlier in their career, Ben worked at Blockbuster in various roles, including Director of Training and Development and Manager of Organizational Development. Ben was responsible for driving performance management initiatives, developing leadership programs, and managing planning and program management.
Ben also has experience as an Art Director at 3dfx Interactive, where they led the creative aspects of channel sales support for Voodoo Brand 3D graphics cards.
Ben Ehrenberg studied Visual Communications and Commercial Illustration as a double major at The Art Institutes. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in The Neuroscience of Learning from LinkedIn in 2018.
