Cheri Clark

Director IT Service Management at Dave & Buster's

Cheri Clark has a comprehensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Cheri started their career at Gap Inc. in 2001, where they worked as a Supervisor in the Employee Services Contact Center before transitioning to the role of Manager in the Facilities Services Contact Center. In 2009, they joined JCPenney as a District Merchandise Execution Manager. In 2012, Cheri moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc., where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Senior Operations Manager in the Contact Center. At Lowe's, they were responsible for employee development, performance management, and site-level execution of the Customer Care line of business. In 2017, Cheri joined Main Event as the Call Center Sales Manager and later became the Manager of IT Support, overseeing Level 1 and Level 2 services. Cheri then became the Sr. Business Relationship Manager at Main Event Entertainment in 2019. Currently, Cheri is working at Dave & Buster's Inc. as the Sr. Manager of IT Service Management and will soon transition to the role of Director in the same field.

Cheri Clark attended the University of New Mexico from 1990 to 1993, where they studied English. In addition to their degree, they later obtained certifications including ITIL Foundation Level from Simplilearn in 2018 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in January 2021.
