Cody Brandt

Cody Brandt is a culinary professional with extensive leadership experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Director of Culinary Innovation at Dave & Buster's Inc. since December 2023, Cody previously held significant roles at TGI Fridays from December 2015 to December 2023, including Director of International F&B and Global Executive Chef. Earlier experience includes the position of Executive Chef at Tillman's Roadhouse from March 2011 to December 2015, a establishment known for its modern take on Texas Roadhouse cuisines.
