Nick Onderick

Nick Onderick is an experienced marketing and customer service professional with a robust background in team leadership and brand development. Currently serving as a Customer Service Manager and Team Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors since September 2020, Nick is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing store operations. Previously, as a Marketing Manager at Dave and Buster's since February 2014, Nick developed marketing initiatives, managed social media accounts, and coordinated events to enhance brand visibility. Early career experiences include a Marketing Intern role at Together We Rise, a Marketing Account Manager position at Smart Circle International, and serving as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for FSU Student United Way. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from Florida State University, earned in 2013.
