Robert Hudson is a seasoned professional in learning design and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Learning Design Manager at Dave & Buster's Inc. since March 2023, Robert previously held the role of Senior Learning Experience Designer at Main Event and worked as an Instructional Designer at FedEx Office, focusing on creating effective training materials and programs. With a background in management from TPP Acquisitions, Inc. and a strong foundation in photography and merchandising, Robert has a diverse skill set that includes the development of training strategies, budget management, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Robert holds a BA in Commercial Photography from Southern Illinois University, complementing a rich career that began with owning and operating a commercial photography business.
