Tony Donatelle is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in food and beverage operations leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at Dave & Buster's Inc. since March 2023, Tony has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Food and Beverage Operations at Torgerson Properties and at TPI Hospitality, where responsibilities included developing concepts and strategies for multiple restaurants and conference centers. A former Regional Operations Manager at Bird Dog Hospitality LLC, Tony directed the implementation of new restaurant initiatives while overseeing hotel properties. Prior experience also includes roles at Hemisphere Restaurant Group and Granite City Food & Brewery, where Tony focused on improving operational efficiencies, guest satisfaction, and staff development.
