Hilary Tullier

Hilary Tullier is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in business systems management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Dave Carter & Associates since March 2021, Tullier previously held the position of FACTS Support Manager at Central Data from November 2019 to March 2021. With extensive experience at ACT Pipe & Supply, Inc. as the Business Systems Manager from February 2007 to September 2019, Tullier focused on enhancing ERP utilization through user education, process re-engineering, and custom programming.
