Dr. Adrienne Kennedy

Dr. Adrienne Kennedy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, leadership, and consultation within educational and social service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Training at Corporate Non-profit and Facilitator at the Central Ohio Parent Leadership Training Institute, Dr. Kennedy focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs and fostering inclusive dialogues among parent leaders. As the Founder and CEO of Pioneering Connections, LLC, expertise is leveraged to provide training and consulting services aimed at supporting children who have experienced trauma. Previous roles include Senior Partner and Lead Partner at Transforming Education, Inc., where support was provided to integrate whole child development practices in schools, and Team Leader at Franklin County Family and Children First Council, overseeing community-based service teams. Dr. Kennedy holds a Doctorate of Social Work from the University of Southern California and has degrees in Psychology and Organizational Development from Walden University and Tennessee State University, respectively.
