Jordan Lavorato

Jordan Lavorato has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jordan is currently working as a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead at Dave, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Varo Bank from 2021 to 2023, where they held the positions of FP&A Director and FP&A Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering company-wide budgets, collaborating with the C-Suite, and identifying expense reduction opportunities.

Before joining Varo Bank, Jordan worked at Bank of America from 2014 to 2021. During their tenure, they held multiple roles, including Vice President and Asset Liability Manager, where they worked within the Global Markets team in BSM. Jordan also served as an Associate at Huron Consulting Group from 2011 to 2014.

Jordan began their career as an OMAP Intern at Bank of America in 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at Private Label Foods from 2000 to 2010.
