Kailynn Lambert

Vice President Operations at Davenport Group

Kailynn Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kailynn started their career at the Minnesota Lakes Maritime Museum as a Communications & Administrative Representative, where they were responsible for marketing and event promotions, as well as collaborating with the Board of Directors on fundraisers and meetings. Kailynn then moved on to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where they worked in Community Relations. Here, their role involved managing community relations initiatives. Following that, Kailynn joined Hammerhead Sports as a Head Coach, where they focused on player skill development and team coordination. After a successful tenure, they transitioned to Davenport Group, where they held several positions. Kailynn began as a Marketing Coordinator, overseeing marketing plans and events. Kailynn then became a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams and implementing new processes. Subsequently, Kailynn assumed the role of Sales Analyst, providing data analysis for sales improvement. Finally, they served as the Director of Sales Operations & Marketing, where they developed marketing strategies and managed resources for marketing events. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations at Davenport Group, where they are responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer services management, and project delivery.

Kailynn Lambert earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2012.
