Caroline Bauduin

Caroline Bauduin is the Directrice Ressources Humaines at Daveo. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources.

Caroline started their career in 2004 as a Chargée de recrutement at ALTALYS. Caroline then moved to DATAVANCE in January 2005 and held the same position until December 2010. In their current role as Directrice Ressources Humaines, they are responsible for all aspects of Human Resources at Daveo.

Caroline has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the Université de Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).

Caroline Bauduin has a DESS in Etudes économiques et sociales pour l'Asie orientale from Université Lille 1 Sciences et Technologies and a Maitrise in Droit des Affaires / Droit communautaire from Université Robert Schuman (Strasbourg III).

They are on a team with and Eric Dumortier - Directeur Administratif et Financier. Caroline Bauduin reports to Cyril Harpoutlian, Managing Partner.
