CJ Pullum is an experienced manager with a diverse background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as the General Manager at Dave's Hot Chicken since June 2021, CJ is known for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Previously held the position of District Manager at Rockin S Bar and Grill, overseeing multiple lakefront venues and focusing on operational efficiency, inventory management, and staff development. Additional experience includes roles at Dallas Gun Club as Clubhouse Services and Operations Manager and at Shire as Validation Document Control Specialist, contributing to project management and cross-functional communications. CJ's career began with foundational roles at several notable establishments, including The Mystic Grill, Olive Garden, Overtime Sports Bar & Grill, O'Charley's, and TGI Fridays. CJ is currently pursuing education at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
