P. J. Puzzuole Jr

P. J. Puzzuole Jr has extensive experience in the food service industry, holding various roles in different companies. P. J. began their career at Clover Technologies Group as a Logistic Manager in 1997. In 1998, they joined Texas Roadhouse and worked as a Managing Partner for 4 years before transitioning to the role of Regional/Product Coach Senior Manager for 11 years. Puzzuole then served as an Operating Partner at Fuzzy's Taco Shop from 2015 to 2017. P. J. subsequently worked at Torchy's Tacos as the Director of Culinary Coaches from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Chief Of Operations at Dave's Hot Chicken since April 2021.
