Chad Booth, PE, currently serves as the Puget Sound Region Water Resources Group Leader at David Evans and Associates, Inc., where responsibilities include project management, business development, and stakeholder engagement, as well as overseeing various hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for multiple water crossing projects. Prior to this role, Chad was a Project Engineer at Skillings, Inc., focusing on fish passage construction inspections and watershed modeling, and a Design Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc., where stormwater management designs were developed. Active in the American Public Works Association since 2015, Chad has participated in events and moderated a leadership panel at the 2023 APWA-WA Spring Conference. Additionally, during tenure as Alumni President of the Minnesota Chapter of Triangle Fraternity, Chad managed significant budgets and scholarship programs. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
