Elizabeth Hikins

Elizabeth Hikins, EIT, is a Bridge Designer at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since July 2020, responsible for conducting bridge inspections and site visits for various agencies, including UDOT and ODOT, and writing inspection reports for Idaho Local Agencies. Prior experience includes serving as a server and bartender at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where teamwork and customer service were prioritized. Previous engineering internships at KCI Technologies and Old Dominion Electrical Cooperative involved routine bridge inspections, report updates, and assisting with various engineering tasks. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and multiple associate degrees from Cecil College, including Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, along with a high school diploma from Bohemia Manor High School.
