Kevin Jeffers

Kevin Jeffers is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate at David Evans and Associates since October 2011. Prior to that, Kevin was a Rail Engineering Manager at Washington State Department of Transportation - Rail Office from November 1998 to October 2011, and a Bridge Engineer at Washington State Department of Transportation - Bridge Office from June 1989 to November 1998. Kevin earned a BS in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from Oregon Institute of Technology in 1989.
