Joseph Pickard

Joseph Pickard has extensive legal experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as General Counsel at David Lerner Associates, Inc. since July 2002, where responsibilities include managing all legal matters related to the securities broker-dealer and affiliated investment entities. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as General Counsel at GBI Capital Partners and as Associate General Counsel at both Oppenheimer & Co. and Shearson Lehman. Joseph earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Franklin & Marshall College.
