Cory Herbert

Cory Herbert is a seasoned professional in the fitness and performance coaching industry, currently serving as a Personal Training Supervisor at David Lloyd Clubs since April 2025. Cory founded With Coach S in January 2014, a personal training and performance coaching business, and has been a coach with Nourish Smart Coaching since January 2020. Previous roles include Personal Trainer at Nuffield Health, General Manager at JIM PLAY, and Fitness Instructor and Manager at Angell Fitness Personal Fitness Studio. Cory has also contributed to Athletic Development at Coalville Town Football Club and Cossington Royal Oaks FC, as well as serving as an Academy Athletic Development Assistant Intern at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences for Performance Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University and an Extended National Diploma in Sport from Loughborough College Group.
