Dean Snee is an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong track record in leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at David Lloyd Leisure since June 2018, Dean has previously held significant positions such as the National Head of Food & Beverage at Nuffield Health, where oversight included a diverse range of health clubs, hospitals, and corporate clients. Earlier experience includes roles as a Freelance Consultant for Fold Food Solutions, Director of Food at The Orchid Pubs and Dining Ltd, and various leadership positions in food development across multiple hospitality groups. Dean holds a City & Guilds qualification in Food & Beverage from Newcastle College.
