Mike Wordley has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, starting from McDonald's and working their way up to roles at Merlin Entertainments plc and David Lloyd Clubs. Currently serving as a General Manager, Mike oversaw 102 restaurants and developed a team of Regional Managers to drive exceptional quality, service, and profitability. Prior to this role, Mike held positions such as Global Food & Beverage Training Manager and Global Food & Beverage Trainer, where Mike was responsible for training officers and ensuring consistent food quality across the company. Mike's educational background includes a National Diploma in Computer Studies from Lord Grey School and Milton Keynes College.
