Patrick Burrows is the Chief Financial Officer at David Lloyd Clubs. Patrick has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, including stints as the CFO of London City Airport and the Director of the Royal Docks Management Authority.

Burrows began their career as a financial analyst for a small accounting firm in London. Patrick quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a partner at the firm within a few years. In 2011, they left the accounting firm to become the Director of the Royal Docks Management Authority. During their time at the Royal Docks Management Authority, Burrows led the successful campaign to persuade a majority of staff to choose direct representation with management, making the Royal Docks the only non-unionized London airport.

In 2016, Burrows played a leading role in the £2.4 billion sale of London City Airport - for the highest EBITDA multiple ever achieved for an airport. Patrick also delivered £465 million refinancing and rolled £100 million out of money swap with loan book 1.8x oversubscribed.

Burrows is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Patrick Burrows has a FCA from ICAEW in Accounting and Business/Management, a BSc Hons from Bristol University in Economics & Politics, and A Levels from Bishop Stopford School in Economics, Maths & Physics. Patrick is also certified by ICAEW as a Chartered Accountant.

Patrick Burrows reports to Russell Barnes, CEO. They work with Mia Manson-Bishop - Member Experience Director, Stephen Brown - Business Support Director, and Michelle Luxford - Human Resources Director. and Nick Marsh - Operational Finance Director reports to Patrick Burrows.
