Kate Burn

Kate Burn has a strong background in HR, with prior experience in various leadership roles. Kate currently works as the Chief People Officer at David Phillips since May 2023. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at the same company from April 2022 to May 2023. Before joining David Phillips, Kate held positions as the Global Director of People at ghd from January 2019 to March 2022 and as a Senior People Manager from August 2018 to January 2019. Kate also worked as a Freelance Self-Employed HR Director from March 2017 to December 2018. Prior to that, they served as an HR Director at Linx Printing Technologies and Assa Abloy Entrance Systems. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Human Resources EMEA at HID Global - ASSA ABLOY from July 2006 to June 2011 and as an HR Business Partner at BNY Mellon from December 2004 to June 2006.

Kate Burn obtained a PostGrad Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of East Anglia between 1999 and 2003.
