Michael Warman has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Michael started in 2006 as a Camp Counselor at Beacon Hill Club before transitioning to roles such as Student Teacher at Elizabeth High School and Security Monitor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Harding Township School District and Palm Beach County School District, respectively. In 2014, they joined ChanceLight Behavioral Health & Education as a Social Studies Teacher, teaching various subjects to students in grades 7-12. Michael also worked as an IB MYP Individuals and Societies Teacher at Franklin Academy Charter Schools, specializing in US History & Civics. In 2014, they joined David Posnack JCC as a Senior Camp Counselor & Unit Head, managing a bunk of 30+ 9th graders and developing a team-building curriculum. Currently, they are working as a High School Social Sciences Teacher at Broward County Public Schools.

Michael Warman completed their secondary education at Jonathan Dayton High School from 2003 to 2007. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching: Social Studies at Montclair State University from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in 2013, they gained certification as a Qualified Mixologist from the National Bartenders School, specializing in Bartending/Bartender.
