Carolina Silva

Carolina Silva has extensive work experience in the field of strategic planning and marketing. Carolina most recently worked as the General Strategy Director at DAVID São Paulo starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Strategic Planning Director at the same company from September 2020 to August 2022. Carolina also served as a Planning Manager at DAVID São Paulo from October 2016 to September 2020.

Before joining DAVID São Paulo, Carolina worked as a Planning Manager at Wieden + Kennedy from April 2015 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were a Planning Supervisor at Grey Group from August 2013 to April 2015. Carolina's earlier experience includes roles as a Planning Coordinator and a Planning Assistant at New Energy from January 2013 to August 2013 and April 2012 to December 2012 respectively. Carolina began their career as a Marketing Analyst at Editora Abril in November 2008 and worked there until April 2012.

Carolina Silva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2006 to 2010. Carolina also pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Universidad Nebrija in 2008.
