Carly Mandarano

Carly Mandarano has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Carly began their career at ANN INC., where they worked as a Sales Associate/Visual Assistant, assisting clients with their wardrobes and helping with window displays and floor sets. Carly then moved on to Burlington Stores, Inc., where they served as a Buyer and Assistant Buyer for ladies pants, responsible for buying and budget management. After that, Carly joined Ann Taylor as a Manager of Visual Merchandising, where they trained and developed store staff and achieved a 3% increase in productivity.
