Erwin Carter

Erwin is CEO of Newbold Services, LLC, a facility support services company in Greenville, SC. Since 2012, he has also been CEO of Peak Workforce Solutions, a Certified Minority Business Enterprise staffing firm. Before founding Newbold Services in 2006, he held leadership positions in the banking and financial services industry. At Davidson, he majored in economics and was a member of the Black Student Coalition and Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He has served alma mater as a member of the Board of Trustees (2003-2010) and Board of Visitors, an Annual Fund class agent, Davidson Black Alumni Network member, and a member of the planning committees for his 10th, 30th, and 35th reunions. He was presented with the Alumni Service Award in 2010. Erwin is a member of the Campus Strategy, Planning, and Use Committee and the Student Recruiting, Enrollment, and Scholarships Committee.
