Yvette Pita Frampton

Yvette is a documentary filmmaker living in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Chris Frampton ’94. An English major at Davidson, she was a member of Warner Hall's eating house, the Spanish Club, the founding President of the Waterski Club, and an editorial and writing staff member of the Davidsonian. She studied abroad in Australia. Yvette received her MFA in film directing from New York University. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Gates Center for Regenerative Medicine at the University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz Campus, on the Board of the Colorado Music Hall of Fame, and as a Trustee at Graland Country Day School. Previously, she served as vice chair of the Denver Health Foundation and as a member of the board of the Denver Health Foundation Level One Society. She has served Davidson as a member of her 5th, 10th, and 20th reunion planning committees, alumni class notes secretary, Fund for Davidson class chair, and vice-president of the Alumni Association Board. She chairs the Campus Life and Student Experience Committee and is a member of the Campus, Strategy, Planning, and Use Committee, Governance and Nominating Committee, and the Executive Committee.
