Shane Hutton

Shane Hutton is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Davidson Hospitality Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Shane was the People and Culture Manager at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants from April 2022 to September 2025. Earlier in the career, Shane held various positions at AllianceBernstein, including HR Operations Associate and Recruiting Specialist, from May 2019 to April 2022. Additional experience includes a role as Property Manager at Greystar, Resident Services Manager at Related Companies, and Concierge Manager at Windsor Communities. Shane also served as an English Second Language Teacher for the Chatteris Educational Foundation in Hong Kong. The hospitality journey began at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Concierge from November 2009 to November 2011. Shane holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston, where studies were completed between 2008 and 2010.
