Andy Shelton

Andy Shelton is a Construction Manager at Davidson Homes since June 2021, with a robust background in the construction industry. Prior to this role, Andy served as President of REO Business Solutions from August 2008 to June 2023, leading a full-service residential construction company specializing in bank-owned properties. Andy holds a degree from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, completing studies from 1997 to 2001, and is an alumnus of Duluth High School.
