Lauren Papa has a strong background in human resources and benefits management. Lauren currently holds the position of Vice President, Global Head of Benefits and HRIS at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where they have played a crucial role in elevating the use of Workday as a reliable source of HR information across the entire organization.
