Earl Humphreys

Earl Humphreys has extensive experience in the field of aviation maintenance and real estate. Currently serving as a Permit Technician at St Johns County Building Department since July 2015 and a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Davidson Realty, Inc. since October 2014, Earl has also had a notable career in the United States Air Force from 2000 to 2014. Positions held included Production Superintendent overseeing maintenance for HC-130P and E-8C aircraft, Aircraft Maintenance Section Chief managing over 130 personnel, and Lead Instructor for aircraft maintenance training, contributing to the readiness and operational efficiency of various aircraft worth a combined total of billions. Earl holds an Associate of Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force, earned between 1994 and 2014.
