Benny Fung

Benny Fung is a seasoned professional in talent research and management with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Partner, Research & Talent Insights at Davidson since May 2023, Benny previously held the position of Principal, Executive Research, APAC at Atlassian, where efforts focused on establishing a premier research function for executive recruitment in the region. Benny's background includes significant roles at Mercer, including Senior Associate in the Mercer Evolve Leadership & Talent Advisory business, and earlier experience as a Senior Research Associate at Evolve Intelligence before its acquisition by Mercer. Benny also worked at Telstra as a Talent Management Consultant and at Talent Intelligence in multiple roles, including Account Manager. Benny holds a degree in Arts Informatics from the University of Sydney.
