Paul Waterfield

Paul Waterfield has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Paul started their career in 1996 as a Carpenter at David Wilson Homes and later transitioned into the role of Architectural Technician. In 2006, they joined Bellway Homes as a Senior Architectural Technologist. Paul then worked at Taylor Whimpy as a Layout Designer in 2007, followed by a position as an Urban Designer at Barratt Developments plc from 2008 to 2012. Paul's most recent employment was at Davidsons Homes, where they held various roles including Urban Designer, Design Manager, Head of Design (South Mids), and Head of Technical. Paul is currently serving as the Technical Director at Davidsons Homes.

Paul Waterfield attended Nottingham Trent University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a postgraduate certificate in Urban Design, Planning & Sustainable development.
